Oracle Technical Support – SCM

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS R12 technical support professional to join our organization for a 6-month contract. As an Oracle technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and resolving complex production issues across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support
  • Expert proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
  • Familiarity with inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers
  • Able to manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently

Mandatory Requirement:

  • Candidates must demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview
