Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and engineering expertise in AI/ML/GenAI environments.
  • You will develop and maintain GenAI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM2, Llama2) and frameworks (e.g., RAG, Agents, COT) as well as implement cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain database knowledge of SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB and data warehouse experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Write Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages like Java and Angular.
  • Monitor IT systems using Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.
  • Apply ITIL application support management processes for incident/problem/service/Jira management.
  • Manage Kubernetes and Containerization technologies like Docker, Loki, and orchestration tools like EKS or OpenShift.

Key Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in technical support or engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) models.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4.0, and GPT-4-O.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
