We're seeking a skilled and knowledgeable engineer to provide top-notch technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals in a hybrid mode.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and responding to incidents via ticketing systems within SLA timelines, performing remote troubleshooting, escalating unresolved issues, and supporting users across different time zones to ensure minimal downtime.

As part of our global IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity, collaborating with colleagues for coordinated support, and training users on basic IT procedures and best practices.

You will also assist in setting up new systems and user accounts, collaborate with the IT team to escalate unresolved issues, and ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications.

Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in desktop support engineering and is flexible to work in three shifts: morning, evening, and night.
