  • Technical Skills:

  • Operating System Management: Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems across devices, including Windows and Linux.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Skilled in assembling, upgrading, and troubleshooting computer hardware, such as desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Software Installation: Experienced in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting standard applications, including Microsoft Office and antivirus software.
  • Network Setup: Knowledgeable in setting up network printers and configuring VPN and firewall settings for secure connectivity.
  • Security Protocols: Familiar with implementing BitLocker encryption, regular antivirus updates, and managing virus protection systems to safeguard against malware threats.
  • Active Directory Administration: Able to create user accounts, reset passwords, update group policies, and manage access control to maintain a secure and organized directory.
  • Remote Support Services: Skilled in providing remote assistance for software and system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Asset Management: Coordinated with vendors for hardware issues and maintained inventory records for hardware and software assets to optimize resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and networking protocols
  • Strong understanding of security best practices
