
Human Capital Strategist

The role of a strategic Human Resources leader involves overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building. As a key member of the management team, you will drive initiatives that align with business goals to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a lean PNC & TA team, setting clear KPIs, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
- Global Mobility and Travel Operations: Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visas, deputations, travel policy compliance, and budget control.
- HR Policy Governance: Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
- Culture-Building Strategy: Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
- Embedding Company Culture: Embed SteepGraph's 5-DNA through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
- Total Rewards Framework: Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
- Learning and Development: Prioritize and review Learning & Development: SteepGraph University curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
- Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding: Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with TA on social media, Glassdoor, and campus outreach.
- HR Governance and Talent Acquisition: Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.
- Post Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
- Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
