SAP SuccessFactors is a leading platform for human capital management, enabling organizations to streamline their recruitment processes and improve the overall candidate experience.

As a highly skilled consultant in this domain, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation and support of Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules. You will collaborate closely with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive strategies for the successful integration of RCM, RMK, and ONB modules into client systems.
  • Develop close relationships with HR business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless module configuration and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly and provide expert technical assistance to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on system configurations, functional specs, and test scripts.
  • Foster effective communication and stakeholder management skills throughout project execution.

To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors' capabilities and limitations, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects, is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • 3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management)
  • 3+ years in RMK (Recruiting Marketing)
  • 2+ years in ONB (Onboarding)
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices
  • Experience working in remote/VDI-based environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
