
Human Capital Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to take full ownership of people operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, performance management, and exit processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
- Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
