About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Human Resources professional to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administration:
    • Manage daily office operations, including facility management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
    • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies to ensure smooth functioning.
    • Oversee office documentation, filing systems, and records to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and other communication professionally.
    • Assist management in scheduling meetings, official travel, and events.
    • Implement and monitor office policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Human Resources:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and payroll coordination.
    • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee benefits.
    • Support performance appraisal processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
    • Foster a positive work culture and ensure timely resolution of employee queries or grievances.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal HR policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Prior experience in administration and HR functions is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
