
Senior Human Resources and Administrative Specialist

Job Title:
About the Role- We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Human Resources professional to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, including facility management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee office documentation, filing systems, and records to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and other communication professionally.
- Assist management in scheduling meetings, official travel, and events.
- Implement and monitor office policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Human Resources:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and payroll coordination.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee benefits.
- Support performance appraisal processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
- Foster a positive work culture and ensure timely resolution of employee queries or grievances.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal HR policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Prior experience in administration and HR functions is preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
