
Senior Human Resources Operations Manager

The Human Resources (HR) Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing all HR operational functions. This includes employee life cycle management, compensation and benefits, payroll, labor compliance, personnel administration, and human resource management systems (HRMS).
This role will oversee the effective execution of day-to-day HR operations to support business objectives. Additionally, this role will lead a team of HR professionals ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company policies to ensure pay structures remain competitive.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits including insurances and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory compensation and benefits requirements.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Payroll Management:
- End-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations social security and other statutory obligations.
- Implement payroll policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to address payroll-related concerns.
- International & Domestic Mobility:
- Oversee employee mobility programs including international assignments visa processing and expatriate management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international immigration laws and mobility policies.
- Labor Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:
- Ensure HR policies comply with Indian labor laws and global corporate standards.
- Handle disciplinary matters efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
- HR Administration:
- Ensure smooth HR administrative functions including employee records HR documentation and policy updates.
- Manage HR support services such as onboarding exit formalities and employee lifecycle management.
- HRMS & Digital Transformation:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HRMS solutions for seamless HR operations.
- Leverage HR technology to automate processes enhance reporting and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate digital HR tools for efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of payroll management and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience in handling international and domestic employee mobility.
- Proficiency in HRMS and digital HR tools.
- Collaborative and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented and hands-on mindset.
- Adaptable and cooperative in dynamic team environments.
