About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to design and scale initiatives that uplift women in underserved communities—through skill-building, education, and access to resources. You will work closely with our founders to shape programs that blend corporate responsibility with grassroots impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and develop proposals that align corporate social responsibility goals with rural women-centric projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.

Outreach and Partnerships

  • Identify companies with active social responsibility mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
  • Present tailored proposals and maintain follow-ups to establish long-term partnerships.

Liaison with NGOs and CSR Teams

  • Engage with non-governmental organizations working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
  • Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.

Requirements
