Role Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing programs to maximize their impact. This involves analyzing large datasets to track program effectiveness and curating reports for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess the quality of educational programs
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support application development with data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis (programming/database skills a plus)
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement
  • PASSion to transform government education and create real social impact
