The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Databricks and AWS, with a strong proficiency in PySpark, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) models, focusing on natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
  • Build and train ML models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and other relevant libraries.
  • Research and implement novel techniques in generative AI, transformers, embeddings, and fine-tuning of LLMs.
  • Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate ML models into production workflows.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve deployed models for accuracy, robustness, and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, deep learning, and NLP research to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy.
  • Hands-on expertise in LLMs, NLP techniques (transformers, BERT, GPT, etc.), and deep learning architectures.
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, embeddings, and model fine-tuning.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud-based platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and optimized code for large-scale ML systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
