Our rural livelihoods strategy in Punjab requires a comprehensive approach that includes identifying and designing income-generating opportunities for rural communities.

This includes agri-allied enterprises, skill development, women-led micro-enterprises, and green economy initiatives that promote wellbeing for communities and the planet.

As a lead, you will spearhead program design and planning, ensuring integration of technology, digital literacy, and market linkages in livelihood programs.

You will also develop strong impact measurement frameworks to track program KPIs, document best practices, case studies, and learnings for scaling and replication.

In this role, you will foster partnerships with government, CSR donors, foundations, corporates, and local NGOs to expand livelihood interventions.

This will involve facilitating market linkages, supply chain connections, and access to credit for rural entrepreneurs.
