
Pricing Strategist

The role of a Pricing Specialist involves driving pricing strategy, managing global and regional price lists, analyzing market competitiveness, and supporting sales teams with pricing requests.
- Manage Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.
- Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
- Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
- Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
- Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
- Train global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in pricing management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
- Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
