Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and analyze pricing and packaging experiments across product and marketing touch-points.
  • Utilize structured experimentation and data-driven insights to determine optimal price points for new and existing SKUs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the pricing roadmap.
  • Conduct market research, user behavior analysis, and competitive research to inform pricing strategies.
  • Optimize the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements.
  • Translate research and experimentation results into actionable monetization opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, growth strategy, analytics roles, preferably in high-growth startups, consumer tech, or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.
  • Tier 1 academic background, preferably with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms.
