As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business success.

  • Handle 5-10 client accounts.
  • Develop executive relationships with clients' leadership.
  • Manage communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate partnerships, revenue growth, and capture new opportunities. You will also be responsible for presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles for a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts.
