Objective: Grow relationships with key clients.

We seek a dynamic professional to act as the main point of contact for these accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
  • Foster a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and execution.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs, forecasts, and progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining client trust.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
