Procurement Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide day-to-day support for our procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Order Management: Ensure timely assistance with requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management in Coupa.
  • System Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues promptly.
  • Business Requirements Understanding: Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to comprehend business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • User Access Governance: Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
  • Integration Enablement: Assist in integrating Coupa with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).
  • System Upgrades and Testing: Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Documentation and Training: Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaison with Vendors: Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa certifications or training.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
