Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned customer solutions expert to drive strategic engagements with clients and uncover complex business challenges. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for guiding sales and marketing audiences through solving problems with data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep Customer Understanding
    • Lead executive-level discovery sessions to deeply understand customer goals, priorities, and pain points
    • Drive strategic alignment between customer problems and tailored solutions
  • Solution Design and Architecture
    • Architect scalable enterprise-grade solutions that address clients' unique technical and business requirements
    • Act as senior technical lead during complex onboarding and implementation phases
    • Leverage advanced domain expertise to create innovative solutions
  • Technical Leadership
    • Drive the transition from pre-sales to implementation
    • Stay ahead of evolving technology trends and advise clients on optimizing their technology stacks
    • Develop reusable playbooks and scalable frameworks
  • Trusted Advisor Role
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders
    • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to serve as Voice of the Customer
    • Lead efforts to scale organizational knowledge

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture, Solution Engineering, or Solutions Consulting roles
  • Significant experience in designing and implementing data-centred technical solutions
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making

Technical Expertise:

  • Mastery in data-centric solutions with Sales and Marketing platforms
  • Advanced Python scripting for workflows, automation, and custom outcomes
  • Skilled in complex SQL for large-scale data analysis and client-specific solutions
  • Expertise in data visualization to link insights to business value
  • Strong foundation in data science principles
