Job Overview:

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Sales and Business Growth Executive to drive sales growth across regional or PAN India markets for raw materials used in the Inks or Paints sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and established relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

2. Technical Expertise:

  • Possess sound technical knowledge of raw materials (Emulsions, Resins, Additives, Pigments) to provide informed product recommendations to customers.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups on payments and credit control.
  • Nurture strong relationships with Purchase and Technical departments of Inks/Paints manufacturers to drive business growth.

4. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams like R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of sales orders.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification, Skills, Industry Experience:

  • B.Sc / M.Sc. / MBA (Preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields).
  • Candidates must have 7-9 years of experience in Sales, specifically dealing with raw materials like Emulsions, Resins, Additives, or Pigments.
  • Must have experience within the Adhesive, Chemicals, Inks, Emulsions, Resins, Additives, or Pigments industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external clients.
  • Established network and contacts in the Inks/Paints industry.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills, especially concerning payment collection.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to frequent travel.
  • Proficient in market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Estimated Salary: ₹12-15 Lakh Per Annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
