Role Overview
Our dynamic team is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership while acting as a key point of contact for client communication. This role goes beyond scheduling – you'll nurture relationships, coordinate with customers, and help ensure we deliver on our promises with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between us and clients – respond to emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Maintain a calendar of meetings, installations, and customer check-ins
- Prepare quotes, presentations, and communication drafts for leadership
- Track ongoing client projects, feedback, and timelines using tools like Excel or Notion
- Assist in organizing client meetings, showroom visits, and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate client records and communications history
- Support day-to-day admin tasks, documentation, and internal coordination
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client-facing or executive assistant roles
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Familiarity with productivity tools and CAD/Sketchup
- Professional, approachable, and reliable demeanor
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building instincts
