Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring their journey from inquiry to enrolment is smooth, informed, and memorable.

This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and creating meaningful client experiences while meeting performance targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses.
  • Providing clear and concise information about health transformation programs.
  • Guiding new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process while coordinating with internal coaching teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintaining, managing, and updating client data using CRM tools and systems.
  • Supporting clients with after-enrolment needs, escalating concerns when needed, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinating with different internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.
  • Assisting in community engagement and promotional initiatives when required.
  • Conducting data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.
  • Meeting monthly client conversion targets and contributing to overall business growth.

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • CUSTOMER-FIRST mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, Excel, and data handling.
  • Interest in fitness and wellness is an added bonus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
