As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Zendesk or similar ticketing system.
- Customer support experience.
- Familiarity with Userpilot, MySQL database, Jira, Slack, and other relevant tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
