As a generalist business professional, you will be working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives. This is an intense, always-on role that requires juggling multiple tasks and delivering high-impact results.

The role involves solving complex problems with first-principle thinking, perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys collaborating across functions.

  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners – your primary responsibility is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on initiatives to maximize revenue – from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn – through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.

You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, driving growth, and improving operational efficiency.
