**Job Overview:**

Our Central Planning Engineer will lead production, supply, and capacity planning while managing program execution and key client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, advanced reporting skills, and effective communication to ensure operational alignment and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive production schedules, material supply plans, and capacity forecasts across multiple manufacturing lines.
  • Drive program execution by tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and coordinating cross-functionally to resolve issues.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with key clients for delivery schedules, supply commitments, and performance reporting.
  • Analyze trends, identify gaps, and lead corrective actions using Excel and Power BI.
  • Monitor daily adherence to plans, highlight deviations in yield, CapEx, and OpEx, and ensure timely closure of action items.

Candidate Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech degree with 4–10 years of experience in production planning, analytics, or related functions.
  • Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with planning tools or ERP systems is an added advantage.
