Job Title: Strategic Financial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our organization's financial strategy and operations.

The successful candidate will oversee the financial planning process, drive strategic financial management, and manage key stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics analysis.
  • Analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborating with department heads to create departmental budgets and align them with organizational goals.
  • Evaluating financial performance against budget and providing variance analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in finance or accounting roles. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field is required, along with CA qualification and 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Indian GAAP, including IndAS
  • Experience in cash flow and working capital management
  • Effective implementation of financial processes
  • Experience in managing auditors
  • Experience in implementing ERP systems

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • CS, CPA, CFA, CMA certifications are desirable.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
