We are seeking a highly skilled senior financial strategist to join our fast-paced, high-growth finance organization.
This is an opportunity to play a mission-critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and enabling data-driven decision making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, with a proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Providing actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Overseeing the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
- Implementing and enhancing financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
