Strategic Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Financial Leader to drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic financial planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing finance teams, delivering timely and actionable divisional analytics, and driving FP&A transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver divisional analytics packs that inform business decisions.
  • Drive FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify and optimize planning and analysis tasks.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, contribute to business growth, and develop their skills in FP&A.

Requirements:
  • CA qualification with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
