Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing financial advice to management.

  • Experience in financial record management, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements is essential.
  • A strong background in financial analysis, financial planning, and budgeting is also required.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation and tax laws is necessary.
  • Ability to provide strategic financial advice and insights to management is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are a must.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks.
  • Must have a strong resume.
  • Must have healthcare experience.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Oak Lawn, IL. The Financial Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as bookkeeping, tax preparation, budgeting, and financial planning. The role also involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and offering strategic insights to optimize financial performance.
