Job Summary:

A highly skilled and experienced accounting professional is required to oversee financial management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing expert financial advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit financial statements of companies to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Filing income tax returns on behalf of individuals and businesses in a timely manner
  • Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss accounts for management review
  • Ensure financial compliance with laws and regulatory standards
  • Provide financial advisory services to clients on strategic growth and development
  • Evaluate accounting systems and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Conduct forensic accounting investigations to identify discrepancies and irregularities
  • Analyze financial reports to recommend strategies to enhance profitability and growth
  • Prepare business performance reports for senior management
  • Review budgets, payroll, investments and other finances to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a head of operations or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business functions and financial management principles
  • Strong mathematical literacy and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership qualities
  • Able to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Chartered Accountant certification required
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
