We are seeking a seasoned Financial Management Specialist to join our team in Jaipur, India.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial management and accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets and providing regular progress updates.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with knowledge of accounting software packages preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
