Senior Associate Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to provide technical support to State Nodal Departments on financial management matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in Programme financing and government accounting, with a strong understanding of State Public Financial Management systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with public sector implementing agencies to coordinate fund flow releases and expenditure monitoring. They will also prepare annual financial statements and submit reports to the National Programme Management Unit (NPMU).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with State Nodal Departments to provide technical support on financial management matters

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounts is required for this role. Chartered or Cost Accountant certifications are preferred. Experience in providing support to State Departments in the implementation of central sector schemes and centrally sponsored schemes is also desirable.
