Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, identify financial needs, and offer tailored lending solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value customers and ensure consistent engagement to build long-term relationships
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized financial products and services
  • Conduct detailed credit assessments and financial evaluations of clients
  • Drive loan disbursement targets through strategic sourcing and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy portfolio quality with low delinquency
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Generate referrals and new business through customer networks
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and MIS reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless loan processing and service delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's/Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 26 years of experience in relationship management or financial advisory in financial institutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and collections targets
  • Strong understanding of financial products like SME loans, business loans, and secured/unsecured lending
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using financial tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a problem-solving mindset
