About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads through networking and market research, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling products such as insurance, mutual funds, and other financial services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving complaints professionally, and collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on new products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling products such as insurance, mutual funds, and other financial services.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new products and services.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and have basic knowledge of financial products and services including insurance and mutual funds.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong problem-solving skills are needed to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
