Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. They should be able to lead financial consulting projects, manage complex budgets, and develop effective financial strategies.

ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reports.
  • Manage financial risk, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Project Management
  • Oversee financial consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and maximum client value.
Team Development & Collaboration
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members in their development.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA-FINANCE qualification is mandatory.
  • 3+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing, with experience in financial analysis and advisory roles in varied industries throughout the professional career.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Excel, SAP, or similar).
