Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with 57 years of experience to lead the development and delivery of complex software products. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong product thinking, clear communication, analytical capabilities, and a technical foundation. This role is for someone with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to connect business goals with execution, while managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to gather, evaluate, and prioritize product requirements.

- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives) to drive team effectiveness.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile development and CI/CD pipelines.

- Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.

- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics to inform decisions.

- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs and new opportunities.

- Mentor and guide junior product team members, promoting a strong product culture.

Technical Skills :

- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD practices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Solid grasp of software development principles, data structures, and system design.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or other analytical tools.

- Ability to engage effectively with engineering teams and understand modern tech stacks.

Product Management & Core Skills :

- i. Product Thinking Strong user empathy, structured problem-solving, and awareness of product-market fit.

- ii. Communication Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator; strong storytelling and stakeholder alignment.

- iii. Ownership Self-starter with a go-getter attitude; demonstrates bias for action and takes end-to-end responsibility.

- iv. Analytical Skills Data-driven mindset; able to translate data into actionable insights.

- v. Technical Understanding (Advantageous) IT background prior to MBA from IIM; familiarity with APIs, cloud, SDLC, Agile, and modern tools.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

- High adaptability in evolving product and organizational contexts.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Proven leadership in cross-functional environments.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with competitive analysis and market research.

- Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design.

- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
