HR Systems Administrator Job

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR systems administrator to take full ownership of our global HR platforms.

This role is central to ensuring the accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems including configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR technology stack.
  • Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Maintain system security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  2. Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  3. Conduct regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
