Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning Marketing and Sales teams on messaging, strategy, and goals, as well as developing content strategies to win key accounts.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Aligning Marketing and Sales teams on messaging, strategy, and goals
  • Developing content strategies to win key accounts
  • Designing programs to increase engagement and drive momentum in the sales funnel
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing and Marketing teams to create product launch programs for key accounts
  • Creating high-impact sales materials, including presentations, case studies, battlecards, and demos

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or product marketing role
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into simple sales narratives
  • Experience with content creation and sales enablement platforms
  • Strategic, proactive mindset with a bias for action
