About The Role
Were looking for a highly organized and strategic GTM Enablement Manager to join our global Enablement team and own regional execution in the APAC & EMEA market. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing high-level program ownership with hands-on support across systems, tools, and project execution.
Youll work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Product to drive onboarding, training, and readiness for our go-to-market teams. Youll also own global operational enablement tasks such as platform administration, scheduling, and content distributioncritical work that ensures seamless execution and adoption in the field.
This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of the International GTM Enablement team, with room to grow into broader strategic responsibilities.
What Youll Do
Strategic Enablement Execution
- Define and execute the regional enablement calendar aligned to business priorities and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with Global Enablement, Rev Ops, and Product teams to tailor programs for the EMEA/APAC GTM audience.
- Lead onboarding, product readiness initiatives, and change management for new tools or processes.
Operational & Program Support
- Support global coordination of enablement programs, including scheduling, logistics, stakeholder communications, and tracking deliverables.
- Administer core enablement platforms such as WorkRamp, Highspot, Gong, and Notion, ensuring content is current and accessible.
- Create and maintain enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, FAQs) in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Support live (virtual or in-person) training sessions through scheduling, prep, facilitation, and follow-ups.
Performance & Insights
- Gather regular feedback from the field to continuously iterate on enablement strategy and program design.
- Track and report on program adoption, effectiveness, and key learning KPIs in partnership with the Rev Ops teams.
- Use performance data to identify and close skill or knowledge gaps.
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have 2-4 + years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or RevOps in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Are equally comfortable driving strategic initiatives and executing detailed tasks to keep programs on track.
- Are known for strong project management, follow-through, and communication.
- Can work autonomously and are energized by building systems and programs from the ground up.
- Are familiar with enablement tools like WorkRamp, Gong, Highspot, and LMS/CMS platforms.
- Bonus: Experience supporting sales teams across multiple international markets and time zones.
This role will be based at our Bangalore office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines. This role does not qualify for visa support.
The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
