About the Role
\We are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic content development and alignment with sales teams.
\As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing account-specific and industry-specific content strategies designed to win key accounts.\
- Creating targeted content, playbooks, and resources for both short-term wins and long-term strategic pursuits.\
- Designing and managing programs to increase engagement and drive momentum in the middle of the sales funnel.\
- Collaborating with Product Marketing and Marketing teams to create and execute product launch programs targeted specifically at key accounts.\
- Working closely with SDRs, Hunters (Account Executives), Pre-Sales, Product Marketers, and Product teams to gather insights, identify gaps, and deliver impactful enablement.\
- Measuring success by reducing average time spent in the funnel and increasing conversion percentage across all stages of the sales pipeline.\
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the sales cycle and delivering compelling sales narratives.\
- Using content creation and sales enablement platforms effectively.\
- Showcasing a strategic, proactive mindset with a strong bias for action.\
- Delivering high-impact sales materials, including presentations, case studies, battlecards, and demos.\
- Enhancing cross-functional alignment and ensuring every sales professional has the resources they need to succeed.\

- 5+ years of experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or product marketing role.\
- Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment.\
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex information into simple narratives.\
- Experience with content creation and sales enablement platforms.\
- A strategic, proactive mindset with a strong bias for action.\
