Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling credit card issues, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Responsibilities:
- Call Handling: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive exceptional service and resolve issues promptly
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-1 year of professional working experience preferred
- BFSI (Banking) experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Day shift available for female candidates
- Experience in calling, customer handling, and BFSI
