Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Security Specialist to join our 24/7 team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international travel security and risk mitigation projects, identifying and managing risks, creating standard operating procedures, and providing excellent responses to urgent matters.

The role requires a strong logistical understanding, excellent communication skills, good client orientation, and fluency in English. You will work closely with our teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the safety and business continuity of Fortune 500 employees and c-executives around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and controlling travel operations and risk mitigation projects globally.
  • Communicating directly with our teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders during emergencies and routine situations.
  • Understanding, compiling, and following security procedures.
  • Documenting missions and updating work management software.
  • Creating intra-shift briefs and exchanging operational information.
  • Conducting detailed written and verbal situation briefings internally and externally.
  • Participating in frequent training sessions and exercises to ensure GSOC proficiency.
  • Researching and screening major events affecting client interests.
  • Conducting after-action debriefs to identify best practices.

Good knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT) and quick learning ability for client/work management platforms and monitoring tools.

Experience in conducting research and writing; aptitude to learn.

Awareness of global events in the security and geopolitical field.

Cultural sensitivity.

Experience in the field is an asset but not mandatory.

A master's degree is an asset but not mandatory.
