Job Title:

Production System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production System Engineer to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing production systems using Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of solutions for customer-reported problems by working with the Engineering team.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to update the development team about ongoing escalation statuses.
  • Own highly technical customer escalations with clear expectations and timelines.
  • Build tools and techniques for root cause analysis using available data and code base.
  • Reduce time to resolve product issues by fixing them after root cause analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical product support, preferably in escalations teams.
  • Experience working as an L3 escalation engineer for complex customer issues.
  • Software development experience using Java technologies.
  • Good understanding and working experience of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.
  • Good understanding and working experience of Microservice architecture environments on AWS.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for customer/support/field reported issues.
  • Strong passion, curiosity, integrity, and attention to detail.
