We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide advanced technical assistance and training to colleagues in resolving complex technology issues.
This role involves liaising between IT verticals and providing guidance on service processes and procedures. You will also assist in overseeing and coordinating service staff activities as needed.
In addition, you will refer problems and inquiries to more experienced technical staff or leadership when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of accounting applications, including CCH Engagement, Thomson GoSystem Tax, XCM, TaxCaddy, and SurePrep. They should also have experience supporting end-users in a Microsoft environment and be familiar with Microsoft Products, including Teams, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook.
A minimum of 4 years of working experience in a related support service field is required, along with an Associate degree in an IT-related field or a combination of education and technical training. Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Azure certification is also preferred.
Self-motivation and dedication to continual personal and professional improvement are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are imperative for documentation and the translation of technical subjects to non-technical staff. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and willingness to travel to remote offices as needed are also required.
