Help Desk Support Specialist Job Description

The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and general support resolution to end users. This includes handling multiple customer support activities, such as receiving incoming calls, chats, emails & tickets.

Key responsibilities include determining the issue, researching, and following up steps as necessary for resolution of issues, answering incoming calls & chats, troubleshooting device and networking issues reported by users, and acting as a liaison between customers, mobile carriers, client policy, and internal teams to provide accurate and timely resolution.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and effective work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have an appreciation for process and documentation, and thrive in a kind and collaborative environment.

As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with international telecom carriers and service providers to resolve requests and incidents raised by customers, while also contributing to the growth and development of our SaaS product.
