Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Workforce Solutions Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the internal contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance and vendor management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting, analytics, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.

Key tasks include:

  • Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and data sets to track key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Ensuring all internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
  • Executing internal audits, including validation of Vendor Management System data and monthly access reviews.
  • Serving as liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.
  • Developing and executing vendor QBR reporting processes for approved vendor performance.
  • Providing financial summaries and conducting year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
