
Territory Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Territory Business Development Representative to expand our distribution network in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- To grow the existing dealer network by fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- To manage day-to-day requirements, including:
- To obtain orders from dealers as per assigned targets, ensuring timely collection of payments and reducing outstanding balances.
- To ensure that credit notes reach dealers on time, maintaining clear accounts with them.
- To develop new dealer networks, focusing on expanding visibility of our products at counters.
- To brief dealers on new schemes and target products, enhancing their understanding of our offerings.
- To conduct regular meetings with influencers such as architects, building contractors, housing societies, painters, and other key stakeholders for business development purposes.
- To maintain accurate CRM records, including daily reports, and track progress towards targeted weighted reach and CCD reach in assigned territories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with dealers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to payment collections, dealer management, and other operational matters.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to utilize technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.
