The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic agenda across rewards and recognition, employee listening, and employee satisfaction programs.
Job Description:As an Associate Director/HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of employee engagement initiatives. This includes designing and managing global or enterprise-wide recognition and engagement programs to drive business outcomes.
You will work closely with HRBPs, senior business leaders, and IT teams to ensure seamless adoption of digital tools and platforms to elevate employee experience. Your expertise will enable you to link HR initiatives with organizational performance and culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Deep expertise in rewards and recognition design, employee listening, and engagement methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from engagement data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with engagement platforms such as Peakon, Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Workday (Employee Experience modules), or equivalent.
