Job Title: Strategic Talent Manager

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will serve as a key strategic partner to the organization, providing expert guidance on all aspects of talent management. This includes developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

About the Role

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, supporting business units and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provides guidance to people managers and employees on growth, development, and performance management.
  • Develops and implements employee relations and performance management strategies, including goal setting and talent reviews.
  • Leverages expertise in communication and grievances management to resolve employee concerns effectively.
  • Promotes change initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and employee alignment with new processes or structures.
  • Collaborates with the HR team and business leaders to design innovative employee engagement programs that enhance E-SAT (employee satisfaction).
  • Ensures the successful implementation of performance assessment and development frameworks, driving high performance across business units.
  • Offers HR advice to business leaders on employee matters, contributing to a high-performance and rewarding culture.
  • Fosters connections with employees through various channels, including 1-1 sessions, skip levels, focus groups, town halls, and policy debriefs.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively implement people engagement practices and HR policies.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to recommend HR best practices and drive improvement in work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
  2. Provide expert guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  5. Manage and analyze data to inform HR decision-making.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in HRBP, preferably in IT consulting.
  • A master's degree in HR or an equivalent field from a top-tier institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of fundamental HR practices and policies.
  • An employee-centric approach to HR management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a standalone environment and adapt to fast-paced situations.
