ServiceNow Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order Management and experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

  • The successful candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team, gathering, analyzing, and reviewing customer requirements.
  • They will maintain a backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors, ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and propose alternatives where necessary.

The selected candidate will provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities, staying updated on ServiceNow product evolutions and sharing insights with the team.

  • Responsibilities include organizing and supporting User Acceptance Tests (UAT), driving and supporting functional workshops with end-users, and working independently on assigned scope.
  • Collaboration with developers, peers, and management is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will possess core technical and functional skills, including hands-on experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Key technical skills include expertise in Order Management, data activities, CMDB knowledge, and data migration from external tools into ServiceNow.
  • The ideal candidate will also have a strong grasp of functional aspects of data and ability to work with Subject Matter Experts on mappings.

Domain knowledge includes expertise in CSM/OM processes and related data objects.

  • Soft skills required include strong workshop facilitation and demo presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English, and a collaborative mindset.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to simplify complex concepts and clarify required changes, working effectively in a distributed, multicultural team.
